We will be partnering with Soccer Shots to offer soccer for our youngest players!  Children will have fun while learning fundamental soccer principles such as using your feet, dribbling, and the basic rules of the game.  Through this program children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer!
  • We are offering programs for ages 2 through 5 split into different groups
    • 2/3 year olds will be a part of the Mini program - a high-energy program introducing children to fundamental soccer principles, such as using your feet, dribbling and the basic rules of the game.  Through fun games, songs and positive reinforcement, children will begin to experience the joy of playing soccer and being active.
    • 4/5 year olds are a part of the Classic program - a program that utilizes creative and imaginative games to focus on basic soccer skills like dribbling, passing and shooting.  We also highlight a positive character trait each session such as respect, teamwork and appreciation.
    • Older 5s who are ready for a bit more will be in our new Premier program - this program focuses on individual skill, fitness and sportsmanship, providing an opportunity for children to be challenged through fun games and team interaction.  Children will also be introduced to competition in a developmentally appropriate manner.  It is the perfect program for a child who isn't ready for Intramural but has been playing in a preschool program in the past.
    • Our Fall, Spring and Summer programs are played on local fields in Haverford Township
    • Our Winter program is played in gyms in Haverford Township

 

 

Pre-Strikers

Pre-Strikers

Pre-Strikers is a brand new program for 4 and 5 year olds in cooperation with our Philadelphia Union trainers!

This program is designed for players who are not yet in Kindergarten, however have already done a few sessions of Soccer Shots or other preschool programming and are ready for the next step in their soccer journey.

Players must turn 4 by August 1 to be eligible for this program.

The cost is $100 for five, one-hour sessions on Saturdays this fall.  You can choose a 9:00 session or a 10:00 session.

October 3 - NO SESSION! JOIN HSC IN THE TOWNSHIP DAY PARADE!!!

October 17
October 24
